Neutral Glitter Valentine's Day Makeup Look

This is the look I did on Valentine's Day. While I'm not big on celebrating VD, having an excuse to go out is fun. I do not like getting flowers, chocolate/candy or a cheesy card. I just don't want that crap.  My hubby and I will go out to dinner and a movie, just to spend time with each other. We went out to my fav Indian place (yum as always!), then went to the movies to see the latest Die Hard movie. Which we both thought sucked...hard. ;-)

Purple and Red Dramatic Valentine's Day Eye Makeup Tutorial

Since I already did a more simple romantic VD look, I wanted to do something a lot more dramatic and dark.

This look was created using some eyeshadows and a blush from Aromaleigh.

Orange, Pink, Purple and Blue Glitter eye makeup Tutorial

This look was created using eyeshadows from Morgana Cryptoria.

I have had the idea for this look for a long while. I think I was holding off because I wanted to wear it for a fun occasion, but I always forgot when something came up. So it ended up being a boring Wednesday makeup look where no one saw it except me and my hubby. He didn't like it. The turd! ;-)

Romantic Valentine's Day eye makeup Tutorial

This look was created using eyeshadows from Archetype Cosmetics. They are now out of business, so if you want to duplicate this look, just use similar colors of whatever you have. :-)
This did not photograph well. Some of these shadows have amazing color-shifts but the camera could not capture it at all. :-( So much more gorgeous in person!
