TKB - 24K Gold (inner corner applied with MAC 228 by patting/sweeping)

TKB - Sparkle Bronze (middle of upper and lower lid, applied with with MAC 228 by patting/sweeping)

TKB - Smokey XXX (applied to outer V and crease with CS pink crease brush by sweeping) 

Simply Natural's - Flesh (inner corner and under brow applied with MAC 217 by patting/sweeping)

Kryolan aquacolor liner in black (applied wet with MAC 210 to upper lash line extending out)
Avon Luxury eye liner pencil in black (waterline)
Hard Candy Ginormous Mascara in Black Out

Lips:
Avon Glazewear lip gloss in Island Glow

Face:
Jane AguaCeuticals Sheer Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30 in Fair (applied with fingertips)
Earth-Glo Minerals powder foundation in Natural (applied with kabuki brush)
